Gymnastics

In CrossFit, body weight movements are considered gymnastics. In this class we build on the squat, push up, pull up, dip, toes to bar, muscle up, L-sit, rope climbs and handstands. Focusing on the foundations of these movements will translate into better overall athletic capability and body control. When gymnastics are performed correctly they will influence every aspect of your life and have a dramatic effect on your fitness.
