First 4 sets  Handstands
*Freestanding, supported by a wall , or by box
Last 4 sets hand stand walking attempts
*If walking is not achievable then preform Kickups with smooth landing , or continue practicing standing

Part B:
For time
10-20-30 Thrusters 95/65
15-25-35 Pull ups
*15 min time cap
