Athlete 1: 150m Sled Push (3×45/2×45)
Athletes 2 & 3: AMRAP
6 Squat Clean (RX 135/95)
6 Synchro Bar Facing Burpee
When Athlete 1 returns, Athlete 2 will go to the Sled Push and Athlete 1 & 3 will continue the AMRAP.
1 Round= all 3 Athletes complete a Sled Push
