DAILY “SOCIAL DISTANCING” WORKOUT @ 12:00 NOON! We will meet at DeLaveaga Park @ 855 Branciforte Drive, find us on the grassy fields. Bring a towel for ground work. Here we can always maintain a 12-80 foot distance between athletes at all times, we take extra precautions to stay well within California’s and Santa Cruz County’s Health Code Order Section 10, line #3.  This is safe and properly protected from exposure to each other while surrounded by fresh air and trees. No regulations, nor safety measures are being abandoned.

Strength set:
Bulgarian split squat
4 x 15 per leg
:30 hollow hold following each round

100 air squat
80 jumping jack
60 hand release push up
40 box jump (bench, step, jump over obstacle)
20 burpee
