DAILY “SOCIAL DISTANCING” WORKOUT @ 12:00 NOON! We will meet at DeLaveaga Park @ 855 Branciforte Drive, find us on the grassy fields. Bring a towel for ground work. Here we can always maintain a 12-80 foot distance between athletes at all times, we take extra precautions to stay well within California’s and Santa Cruz County’s Health Code Order Section 10, line #3.  This is safe and properly protected from exposure to each other while surrounded by fresh air and trees. No regulations, nor safety measures are being abandoned.

30 single arm overhead KB/DB lunge (sub: milk jug, bag of rocks..)
30 DB/KB American swings (to overhead position)
18 burpee box jump (bench, stair, over a broom set over 2 chairs)
