DAILY “SOCIAL DISTANCING” WORKOUT @ 12:00 NOON! Rain or shine. We will meet at DeLaveaga Park @ 855 Branciforte Drive, find us on the grassy fields. Bring a towel for ground work. Here we can always maintain a 12 foot distance between athletes at all times, we take extra precautions to stay well within California’s and Santa Cruz County’s Health Code Order Section 10, line #3.  This is safe and properly protected from exposure to each other while surrounded by fresh air and trees. No regulations, nor safety measures are being abandoned.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
10 squats
9 dumbbell snatches, right arm (50/35)
10 push ups
9 dumbell snatches, left arm
*If you don’t have access to dumbbells, choose an object you can safely move from the ground to overhead in one motion. For all three movements, choose a weight or modification that allows you to work continuously within the range of motion for the duration of the workout. Print your scorecard at :
