We are doing our social responsibility by maintaining our health, exercise is the best medicine. Keep it up, keep the stress down.
DAILY “SOCIAL DISTANCING” WORKOUT @ 12:00 NOON! Rain or shine. We will meet at DeLaveaga Park @ 855 Branciforte Drive, find us on the grassy fields. Bring a towel for pass throughs and to lay on for any ground work. Here we can always maintain a 12 foot distance between athletes at all times, we take extra precautions to stay well within California’s and Santa Cruz County’s Health Code Order Section 10, line #3.  This is safe and properly protected from exposure to each other. 

Warm up: 
2 rounds
200m run (1:30 run in place)
5 burpee
5 arm circles forward
5 arm circles backward
10 lunges
5 toe touch
Then, 
Flag pole stretch :45
10 x pass through (belt, broom)
10 x lateral lunge
6 x inchworm


WOD:
50-40-30-20-10
Squats (20/14, wear a weight vest or weighted back pack)
Glute Bridges
sit ups

Cool Down:
800m run
