WOD April 1, 2020

We are doing our social responsibility by maintaining our health and sanity. Exercise and fresh air is the best medicine. Keep activity up, keep the panic and stress down. We will get through this as a strong community. One day at a time, one foot in front of the other…just like a difficult workout.
DAILY “SOCIAL DISTANCING” WORKOUT @ 12:00 NOON! Rain or shine. We will meet at DeLaveaga Park @ 855 Branciforte Drive, find us on the grassy fields. Bring a towel for any ground work. Here we can always maintain a 12 foot distance between athletes at all times, we take extra precautions to stay well within California’s and Santa Cruz County’s Health Code Order Section 10, line #3.  This is safe and properly protected from exposure to each other while surrounded by fresh air and trees.
