DAILY BEACH WORKOUT @ 12:00 NOON AT SEABRIGHT BEACH BY THE JETTY LIGHTHOUSE. We are mandating a 12 foot distance between athletes at all times for extra precautions and to stay well within the Santa Cruz County’s Health Code Order Section 10, line #3. Please bring 2 reusable shopping bags or something that you can fill with sand to create 2 weights.
Spring is here, we must learn to appreciate the small delights of our day to day lives…sunshine, fresh air, flowers, fresh fruit and vegetables…we are very fortunate to still have access to all of this. We are grateful for our health and the sanity that physical exercise brings us, we are hearing many stories of the relief and increased peace of mind most you are feeling post workout. 6 sets of 5 reps @ 75% of 1RM (create a weight at home: milk jugs/bags filled, or sub to weighted push ups)
