Everyday we are holding a 12:00 noon Beach workout at Seabright Beach by the Jetty Lighthouse, bring family and friends if you know they need the sanity and exercise, we maintain a 6 foot distance from one another and breathe in healthy ocean air…”social but distant” 🙂 A much needed reprieve from confinement.
