WOD March 18, 2020

Thank you to all of the members who have reached out in concern for the health and well being of our community and small business during this confusing crisis. We are diligently working to stay afloat and keep our community strong physically and emotionally. During this time is when we need each other the most, isolation and fear are a lethal combination and we hope that you all will participate in our instagram virtual whiteboard (online with workout instructions @ Seabright_crossfit) and/or outdoor workouts until we can begin to meet up at our home gym again. The next few days will be very telling as to how soon we can do that. Please stay tuned and hold strong with us. Outdoor hikes will be scheduled soon as well. In the meantime please join us at noon for our spacious yet social 🙂 beach workouts this week at Seabright Beach next to the jetty by the lighthouse.

Warm up:
3 rounds
50 High knees or 150m run
10 jumping jacks
10 walking lunges
5 burpee
Worlds Greatest stretch
10 wall angels

A. Strength:
#1 Bulgarian Split Squat
4 sets of 12 reps per leg (scale up to weighted if you have available)
#2 Diamond push ups
4 sets for max reps

B. MetCon:
100 air squat buy in (scale up to weighted if available)
then: 3 rounds
30 bicycle crunch (knees touch elbows)
20 Low plank to high plank
10 bench/chair dips
100 air squat buy in
