WOD March 17, 2020

In light of our new “Shelter in place” order we will post an at home do it yourself workout and hold a 12:00 noon outdoor beach workout at Seabright Beach tomorrow. Meet at the jetty by the lighthouse. We will do this daily with alternating outdoor venues until we know whether we are able to hold classes( with a 10 person limit as law states currently for group size, 6 feet apart). Please stay tuned and work with us through this confusing situation. We are committed to keeping our members healthy and sane.

warm up:
3 rounds:
20 jumping jacks
10 air squat
10 lunges
5 push up
6 reps elbow to instep
6 reps lateral lunge
10 arm circles forward
10 arm circles back
10 toe touches

Bodyweight 15 min AMRAP:
10 jumping lunges (sub walking lunge)
10 burpees
10 v-up (sub jack knife)
150m run (or sub 50 reps high knees)

Cool down:
1 min pigeon pose each leg
Samson lunge with 1:00 hold in lunge per side
