Today no 5:30 or 6:30pm classes
wed 12/25 GYM CLOSED
Thurs 12/26 no 6 or 8am classes

WOD:
5 rounds NOT for time
5 back squat @ 75%
5 deadlift @ 75%
75m sled push (3×45/2×45)
4 tire flip (500/300)
*your score is your slowest sled push time
(45 min cap)
