CROSSFIT MAINSITE WOD 191105:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 min of:
3 weighted pull up
6 push ups on dumbbells
9 Dumbbell squats
Men: 35lb DBs, use 1 for pull ups held between legs
Women: 25lb DBs, use one for pull ups
