50-ft. handstand walk
15 deadlifts (weight 2)
50-ft. handstand walk
9 deadlifts (weight 2)
50-ft. handstand walk
♀ deadlift 155 lb. then 205 lb.
♂ deadlift 225 lb. then 315 lb.
