every athlete will attempt 6 rope climbs that push your current ability.
Spanish twist, J hook, weighted, legless, Lsit
(10 min)

B. WOD:
3 rounds for time
15 power clean (125/85)
14 front rack lunge
10 burpee
2 rope climb
