A.  Gymnastics practice:

-3 pegboard attempts

-3 muscle up (sub 10 jumping muscle up)

-20 strict toes2bar

-1 legless rope climb or 1 to challenge your current ability

-100 double under or 40 triple under

(NOT FOR TIME, in any order, 15 min cap)




20 min AMRAP

5 pull up

10 push up

15 air squat
