Power lifting superset:

8 reps each exercise, @ 75% 1rm, 5 rounds

A. Bench press

B. Dumbbell farmer lunge

C. strict overhead seated dumbbell press

D. strict overhand  pull up

E. standing dumbbell curl

F. standng dumbbell lateral raise

(time cap 45 min)
