*9am members WOD
*$10 @ 10am community workout, open to beginners, no experience necessary!

1/2 ‘MURPH’:
800m run
50 pull up
100 push up
150 air squat
800m run

*may be done with a partner, 1 person working at a time
*may be scaled down to 1/4 MURPH (400m run, 25 pul up. 50 push up, 75 air squat, 400m run)

This kicks off our annual training for MURPH, the Memorial Day HERO WOD in honor of Navy Seal Michael Murphy.
