*$10 at 10am community class, open to the public, no experience necessary!
*11-12:30am Huskie Mash Up

10am WOD:
with a partner, 1 person working at a time
100 Wallball (20/14)
100 push up
100 kettlebell swing (53/35)
100 box jump (24/20)
100 heavy rope jumps
400m run together
(*individual athletes may choose to scale and solo 1/2 or 1/4 of the WOD)
