*$10 at 10am community workout, open to beginners, no experience necessary!

Today we will do one of CrossFit’s original “Nasty Girl” workouts named after Eva Twardokens who was badly injured in a plane crash and is currently in the ICU. In support of her recovery join us for:

5 Rounds For Time
800 meter Run
30 Kettlebell Swings (2/1.5 pood)
30 Pull-Ups
(50 min time cap)
*may be done as a team, 1 partner working at a time with runs broken into 400m per person per round
