WHAT IS CrossFit?

Seabright CrossFit, located in Santa Cruz, CA offers training for terrorist hunters, Olympic athletes, housewives and grandmothers. Our focus is to develop the 10 general physical skills in our athletes, these being cardio respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, accuracy, agility and balance. Our program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs. Seabright CrossFit is based on CrossFit which is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide. Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general and inclusive. Survival, life, combat and many sports reward this kind of fitness. Our members will be proud to call themselves a part of the Santa Cruz CrossFit community. The peer and coach support allows people to be their best self and to push past limits they thought they once had.
